AL Safe Act – Mortgage Loan Originators

From 9/1/26 to 12/31/26 all Alabama Banking Department Licenses are required to be transitioned onto the NMLS.  The transition process will take the place of your 2027 renewal.  All licenses that are transitioned will have their license expiration date updated to 12/31/27.  For additional information click here.
