Effective February 2, 2010, approval by the Superintendent of Banks will be required for establishment of Loan Production Offices according to Memorandum dated February 2, 2010 from the Superintendent of Banks to Chief Executive Officers of Alabama State-Chartered Banks regarding SBD Opinion No. 2010-1.
